First time in the studio? Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in. Check in at the reception and our front desk will guide you if you have any questions.
What to Bring
To keep your session smooth and comfortable, just bring:
- A water bottle
- Grip socks (for Reformer Pilates)
- Full-sized towel (only for heated classes)
Getting Here & Parking
- Waze or search “CoreBody” on Google Maps.
- There’s street parking available, or you can park inside Starling Mall.
- From the mall, exit via Nando’s (Ground Floor), cross the road, and walk towards Ambank — we’re just a few shops down the street from there!
